DSD Internship Application Details 2022/2023
Interested applicants can apply for the DSD Internship 2022 provided they qualify and meet the program requirements.

The Department of Social Development offers exciting opportunities to suitable candidates for potential placement in our Internship programme. The intention is to give practical work experience to those students who are in their last year of study (BA Social Work) and require In-Service Training in order to obtain their qualification and those recently graduated but unemployed and require exposure in a work environment.
Youth from all Race and Gender categories are encouraged to apply for the internship. Preference will be given to youth with disabilities
Successful candidates will be expected to enter into a 24 month contract with the exception to the Social Work 4th year students who will be placed for the duration as stipulated in the curriculum.
