National Heritage Council Internship Application Details 2022\/2023<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Interested applicants can apply for the National Heritage Council Internship 2022<\/strong>\u00a0provided they qualify and meet the program requirements.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The incumbent shall be assisting in the performance of the following activities:<\/p>\n

\n
• Ensuring that the Supply Chain Management policies are adhered to<\/li>\n
• Receiving and processing requests for procurement of goods and\/or services<\/li>\n
• Facilitating sittings of the bid committee and maintaining bid records<\/li>\n
• Following up on procurement requests with the relevant line management<\/li>\n
• Conduct market research where required<\/li>\n
• Update and manage the supplier database<\/li>\n
• Perform contract administration activities<\/li>\n
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the mentor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  Three (3) year completed tertiary qualification in:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Supply Chain Management<\/li>\n
  • Financial Accounting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    A Postgraduate degree will be advantageous<\/p>\n

    Skills and Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office-word, excel and outlook<\/li>\n
    • Communication (written & verbal) skills<\/li>\n
    • Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical skills<\/li>\n
    • Record keeping<\/li>\n
    • Be able to work in a team and independently
