Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

- B.Com or Human Resources related degree<\/li>\n
- Excellent communication skills – you will be required to communicate with clients, candidates and team members almost every minute of the day<\/li>\n
- Self-drive and determination<\/li>\n
- Resilience and \u201cbounce-back-ability\u201d – the capacity to recover quickly from a setback as disappointment and rejection are also part of our job<\/li>\n
