We are looking to recruit Graduates\/ Interns to work within the Accounts Payable department of Clicks Group Services. To assist in the general administrative tasks as well as perform reconciliations. The role will be based at Clicks Head Office in Cape Town and will report to the Supervisor (Finance).<\/p>\n

Internship Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

• To assist with the indexing and archiving of documentation<\/li>\n
• To assist with the capturing of invoices on the system<\/li>\n
• To provide reports as and when required<\/li>\n
• To escalate queries to appropriate area for resolution and follow up<\/li>\n
• To assist with the reconciliation of accounts<\/li>\n
• To complete administrative duties to the prescribed quality standards as and when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Minimum Requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

  • Relevant qualification from a recognised FET\/\u00a0HET\/University\u00a0\u00a0(Essential)<\/li>\n
  • Accounting knowledge essential<\/li>\n
  • Computer literacy (Excel, Word,) (Essential)<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency on e-mail desirable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
