Momentum Learnerships Programme Application Details 2022\/2023<\/h2>\n

Interested applicants can apply for the Momentum Learnership 2022<\/strong>\u00a0provided they qualify and meet the program requirements.<\/p>\n

Momentum Short-term Insurance, in partnership with INSETA (Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority), is offering young South Africans a fantastic learning opportunity in the short-term insurance industry.<\/p>\n

Role Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Learnership Programme, which will commence in February 2019 at our head office in Centurion, offers participants the opportunity to develop their skills and gain short-term-insurance specific experience. Furthermore, successful graduates of this programme will receive a formal National Certificate: Short-Term Insurance, NQF level 4.<\/p>\n

Competencies Required<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • A keen interest in learning<\/li>\n
  • Is committed to completing the learnership<\/li>\n
  • Is determined to succeed<\/li>\n
  • Has a positive attitude<\/li>\n
  • Has excellent communication skills (verbal and written)<\/li>\n
  • Has a good sense of judgement<\/li>\n
  • Has excellent organisational skills<\/li>\n
  • Is self-disciplined and self-motivated<\/li>\n
  • Has good problem solving\/initiative<\/li>\n
  • Is service oriented<\/li>\n
  • Is results oriented<\/li>\n
  • Has great attention to detail<\/li>\n
  • Takes ownership and responsibility<\/li>\n
  • Is action oriented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Be aged between 18 and 25 years<\/li>\n
    • Be able to speak, read and write English<\/li>\n
    • Passed Matric (a pass mark of 60% or above for English will be a requirement and Math will be beneficial)<\/li>\n
    • Be computer literate<\/li>\n
    • Currently unemployed or no work experience<\/li>\n
    • Not be studying at any other institution<\/li>\n
    • Not be registered for any other learnership<\/li>\n
    • Interested in pursuing a career in Short-term Insurance<\/li>\n
    • Have a passion for learning and the business environment<\/li>\n
    • Have a clean criminal and credit record<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
